What can building owners do when a building they own does not provide expected revenue? A Building Utilization Study could be an option.  These studies examine local market conditions, compare the owner’s building to other buildings in the surrounding area, and suggest improvements based on those findings. This project is a great example of how an otherwise typical, somewhat outdated building can benefit from efficient façade updates, attract new leaseholders and even improve the nearby area. The proposed design involved limestone facing, enlarged glazing on the second floor, a storefront on the first, and attractive multi-color awnings.
