The Hotel at the University of Maryland is a LEED Gold Certified, AAA Four Diamond hotel. This premier project was a combined effort involving skilled architects, talented designers, and a great construction team. Working with Faik Tugberk, AIA and the Architects Collaborative Incorporated, Tatyana coordinated interior architecture and design, she conducted regular meetings with construction managers and owner representatives, contributing to the final construction set. Tatyana also worked on the hotel’s interior design, developing 3D models of the hotel’s public spaces and implementing solutions that adapted and improved the concept originally developed by the award-winning full-service design firm RD Jones & Associates.
